 T he name of the fragrance illustrates pretty well what you are going to get. Although the few words from the Incense flash official page describe it perfectly, I consider that it would make sense to go into details in order to explain it better.

The first thing that I noticed was that it reminds me of the the orthodox places of worship's scent.

More precisely, of that moment when the priest walks through the church and swings back and forth the censer containing the smoking incense.The odour is not identical, the dissimilarity being that Incense flash emanates a more harsh, less dense, more concentrated, less sweet and, assuredly, less aromatic scent than that. In fact, I almost see nothing sweet about it.

If the pope's resin calms you down, predisposes you to dreaming, makes you feel better, positive and serene, Incense flash expresses a lot of seriousness and pragmatism, keeping firmly your feet on the ground.

Even if it is clearly a resinous perfume, I do not perceive the classical "roundedness" associated to this ingredient because of the existing sharpness which I actually like. Despite this, Incense flash exudes the typical warmth of incense.

What else I feel with clarity is the smoke. It does not smell precisely of the smoke released by a burning tree trunk, but more like a melange of it with all the surrounding elements when in flames: grass, soil, braches, fir/pine needles and dried leaves from the ground. Especially the odour emited by the burnt dried leaves represents a big part of the Incense flash aroma. I can only assume that it comes from the leather accord.

The woody note mentioned before, I perceive it somewhere in the background, so it does not dominate, therefore the fragrance does not feel dry.

Incense flash has substance and penetrates. 
It smells completely natural from the beginning until the end; nothing synthetic appears to my nose. Its scent is liniar, unchanges as hours pass by. The persistence feels fine.

Out of the seven perfumes from the Tauerville series, Incense flash is the only one that I can position in the masculine category. It is my favourite from this range, followed closely by Patch flash on the second place.

My verdict: 10 out of 10.

 N umele parfumului ilustrează destul de bine ceea ce vei primi. Deși cele câteva cuvinte de pe pagina oficială a lui Incense flash îl descriu perfect, consider că ar merge să întru în detaliu pentru a-l explica mai bine.

Primul lucru pe care l-am remarcat la el a fost că îmi aduce aminte de mirosul din clădirile de cult ortodoxe. Mai precis, de acel moment când popa merge prin biserică și leagănă în stânga și în dreapta cădelnița cu tămâia fumegândă. Aroma nu este identică, diferența fiind aceea că Incense flash degajă un parfum mai aspru, mai dens, mai concentrat, mai puțin dulce și, cu siguranță, mai puțin aromat decât acela. De fapt, aproape că nu sesizez nimic dulce la el. 

Dacă rășina popei te calmează, te predispune la visare, te face să te simți bine, pozitiv și senin, Incense flash exprimă multă seriozitate și pragmatism, ținându-te cu picioarele pe pământ.

Deși este un parfum clar rașinos, nu percep "rotunjimea" clasică asociată acestui ingredient din cauza asprimii existente, dar care îmi place. În ciuda acestui lucru, Incense flash emană căldura caracteristică tămâii.

Ce mai simt cu claritate este aroma de fum. Nu miroase doar ca fumul eliberat de un trunchi de copac în flăcări, ci ca un melanj al acestuia cu toate elementele din jur arzând: iarba, pământul, crenguțele, acele de brad/pin și frunzele uscate de pe jos. Îndeosebi mirosul produs de frunzele uscate arse reprezintă o mare parte din parfumul degajat de Incense flash. Nu pot decât să presupun că el provine de la nota de piele. 

Nota lemnoasă menționată anterior o percep undeva în fundal, deci nu domină, așa că parfumul nu miroase uscat. 

Incense flash are substanță și este pătrunzător. 
Miroase foarte natural de la început până la sfârșit; nu detectez absolut nimic sintetic. Aroma sa este liniară, neschimbându-se odată cu trecerea orelor. Persistența este în regulă.

Dintre cele șapte parfumuri din seria Tauerville, doar pe Incense flash îl pot încadra în categoria masculină. El este preferatul meu din această gamă, Patch flash urmându-i foarte aproape, pe locul al doilea.
